Led the integration of a medical eCommerce platform with a prescription provider to automate refills and streamline subscriptions. Saving 1,200+ staff hours and enabling $2M+ annual revenue.

Sales Funnel Launch

Redesigned a compliant RX funnel with advanced logic and third-party integrations to boost conversions and streamline compliance.

Corporate Presence

Led and managed the full digital presence of Serbia’s largest oil and gas company, covering corporate site development, Investor Relations, Procurement portals, internal communications, and media & press platforms.

Each initiative here started with unclear direction or stalled progress. My role was to establish clarity, define ownership, and move execution forward until results were delivered.
