As Operational Lead, I stepped into a fragmented delivery environment and took ownership of execution for the MVP of a modern payments platform. The work focused on stabilizing delivery, aligning teams, and shipping a production-ready platform capable of handling real payment volume with smart routing and multi-processor control.

As Operational Lead, I took responsibility for execution during the MVP phase of a modern payments platform designed to act as a unified control layer between applications and multiple processors. The project began in a high-uncertainty environment with shifting priorities, multiple stakeholders, and unclear ownership across teams.
My role was to restore clarity, stabilize delivery, and drive the platform from early-stage chaos to a production launch within a fixed timeline. This included aligning product, engineering, and operations, establishing execution discipline, and ensuring the platform was ready to process real-world payment volume with reliability and smart routing logic.
The MVP was successfully launched within five months, followed by rapid adoption and measurable business impact in the final quarter of 2025.
