As Operational Lead, I stepped into a fragmented delivery environment and took ownership of execution for a payment orchestration platform MVP. The work focused on stabilizing delivery, aligning teams, and shipping a production-ready platform capable of handling real payment volume under pressure.

As Operational Lead, I took responsibility for execution during the MVP phase of a payment orchestration platform. The project began in a high-uncertainty environment with shifting priorities, multiple stakeholders, and unclear ownership across teams.
My role was to restore clarity, stabilize delivery, and drive the platform from early-stage chaos to a production launch within a fixed timeline. This included aligning product, engineering, and operations, establishing execution discipline, and ensuring the platform was ready to process real-world payment volume.
The MVP was successfully launched within five months, followed by rapid adoption and measurable business impact in the final quarter of 2025.
